Chych and I went to SM Aura to shop, but ended up eating.... In Ramen Nagi... (The Paleo Enemy)

It was a great bowl and I enjoyed it so much that I seriously reacted negatively to it. I couldn't breathe well after this meal because my body isn't used to digesting gluten anymore. Gluten poisoning!!!

This one is Chych's! She likes it extremely spicy. I don't get how she could take it :(((((

We also headed out to Lugang to get this. #2 Paleo Enemy. Legumes, sugar and dairy. I don't know why I gave in :( It was such a bad night for my tummy and a good night for my taste buds.

Well, we tried to do some!





For this! I know it's not perfect but this is just the start of me trying to learn the scorpion heheh.

April 20, 2014

Today we're heading out to trek Mt. Pinatubo. Woke up 4am wheeew so early!

This is what we rode before we trekked!





And so the trekking starts.





Basically we walked for about 1.5 - 2 hours(?) going up





And had my phone blasting music to get rid of the "pagod feels"





We also met these kids on the way up





And had a picture with them!






Ok so we've reached this sign. "Your trek starts here" ...walking for almost 2 hours wasn't trekking yet?! Ok guess how long it took us to reach the top of Mt Pinatubo....





Well around 25-30 minutes. We belong to "beyond the Senior Citizen group" HAHA Wanna know why? Meet my cool, hip, best friend, Chych! Hahahhahaha

And guess who was waiting for us beside this sign! Hahahahha Labu!!!

Me and Chych again! I had my daily squats with Chych's weight cause her brother and mom kept shouting "SQUAT! SQUAT!" hahahahhha!







It rained a bit and luckily, Chych's mom brought tents! We camped out and ate adobo and rice infront of the lake







We trekked back and rode back to the town for another hour





I fell asleep during the car ride but I had to fight it a million times because I needed to hang on to my life hahaha. We went back to Kamana afterwards.

Today's the last day, we're about to head back home!

I know it doesn't look appetizing but here's my last breakfast in Kamana. I brought sweet potatoes to Zambales so I could refrain from eating rice. (Refrain from the gluten attack!!!) (But I ate rice in Pinatubo..)





Bye bye to our cottages!





 Chych's mom bought us Cornetto on the way back. I think it was my first time to eat real ice cream... It was goooooood

Ok we had takeout dinner from Mcdo. I don't know why I didn't control myself but Chych and I got 2 McChicken Sandwiches, 2 McSpicy Sandwiches, 10pcs Chicken Nuggets and 1 BFF fries. I really don't know why :((



So if you're wondering why it's "Day 0" for April 17, this is why. I'm back to the start. I gained 7 pounds with no exaggeration, mostly I think it's from the gluten. Hopefully I can wash it away in the coming days. We'll see! :)

So I made my temporary motivation wall!






And I woke up to this! A medicine ball + Fitband from my brother. Perfect for today because it's a Sunday which means there's no CrossFit and it's Pacquiao's fight which means there's no Elorde. Soooo I need that extra motivation to workout at home because home = lazy

Well there was still leftover meatza from last night so I'm having it for breakfast.
